I recently celebrated a birthday at The Lakehouse in Cleveland, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. To start, the chips and queso dip were a great way to ease into the meal. The queso was warm and velvety, with just enough kick to keep each bite interesting, and the chips were crisp and plentiful—ideal for sharing while we waited for our entrées. The pigs in a blanket were another standout appetizer. Often a simple dish, these were executed with finesse the bread was golden and crisp without a hint of burn, while the hotdog inside was perfectly cooked, juicy and warm. It’s rare to see such attention to detail in a comfort classic. For the main course, the Parmesan-crusted chicken stood out. The crust had a satisfying crunch and rich flavor, beautifully complemented by the house dressing that added a tangy, herbaceous lift. It was a pairing that felt thoughtfully composed. Service throughout the evening was top tier attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely warm. The staff made the birthday feel special without overdoing it, striking that perfect balance of celebration and relaxation.
This restaurant was worth every minute of the wait! We waited 45 minutes for a table, but after experiencing the food and service, it would have been worth waiting an hour and 45 minutes. The service was on point from start to finish, and a special shout-out goes to our amazing waitress, Brianna. She was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. The house-made guacamole was bursting with fresh flavor and was the perfect start to our meal. The short rib French dip was absolutely phenomenal—packed full of tender, flavorful meat, with an au jus that was rich, savory, and as flavorful as they come. The fish and chips were equally impressive. The fish was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection with a light, crispy coating. And then there was the key lime pie. Indescribably delicious. The thick crust provided the perfect foundation for the rich, tangy key lime filling, all topped with a generous layer of creamy whipped cream. It was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and an experience that exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be back!

I just had an absolutely incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The river view was truly breathtaking, creating such an elegant backdrop for our evening. Despite its sophistication, the atmosphere felt wonderfully cozy and warm, a perfect balance. We thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips, which were perfectly crispy and flavorful, the salmon, cooked to perfection and incredibly fresh, and a refreshing Caesar salad. Every single dish was simply delicious. The attentive service also made the night even more special. I highly recommend it for a special occasion or just for a memorable meal with spectacular views and a welcoming ambiance!
I was a big fan of this restaurant!! The biscuits were delicious!!! I got the Magnolia short rib bowl which was a 10/10!! The vibes were solid with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Both on the patio and the "indoor patio" with the windows up. Check it out!
It was a beautiful day in February. It was 60 degrees! We got to look out on the water. It was very peaceful and the fish was delicious! You have to try their honey biscuits. As we left the sun was setting over the water and it was really pretty.

Lakehouse sirs just on the edge of the water, and has a nice atmosphere. From the lunch selection we made, we especially recommend the fish sandwiches and the flatbread with selection of dips/sauces. Excellent. Beware that there is quite a lot of small birds in the area and they are keen for niblings😱😂
Great vibes, amazing espresso martini - The food was great. I do just miss the original and versatility of the old menu after the conversion from coastal taco to Lindy’s. The chicken tinga tacos were my fave I have high hopes for the return. Our server was very attentive they were over staffed but can’t complain about that very prepared.
